2001 ASEE Model Design Competition Albuquerque, NM June 25, 2001

Cedarville entered a well-designed vehicle that captured 1st Place in the competition.  The vehicle quickly followed the line around the course and even featured an optional "shortcut mode".  In this mode, designed to obtain even faster times, it would turn as quickly as possible once it reached the Turn Area, temporarily abandoning the line on the track, and then would reacquire the line for the final home stretch.
